How to Create and Delete a Client in Triad

This guide demonstrates the complete workflow for managing client accounts within the Triad platform. Follow these steps to learn how to quickly add a new client and safely remove them when their account is no longer needed.

Client Creation

1. Navigate to the Clients page: https://v2.triadmusic.com/organizations/triad-demo/clients

2. Click "Create Client"

3. Type "Artist" into the Name field.

4. Click "Create"

Client Deletion

5. Select the newly created client "John Smith" from the list.

6. Click "Delete Client"

7. Type "delete John Smith and all associated data" into the confirmation field.

8. Click "Delete Client"
