Client Navigation
1. Navigate to https://v2.triadmusic.com/grid
2. Select artist
3. Click "Shows" in the left sidebar.
Import Initiation
4. Click the "Bulk Import" icon.
5. Delete or resume any existing incomplete import batches.
File Processing
6. Select the appropriate Entity, and the select and drag up to 30 deal memos into the file drop area
7. Upload the selected files and extract the show data.
Data Review and Creation
8. Select the shows to be imported and review the extracted information. Deal memo file will appear in window.
9. Add any missing information per the "needs review" indicators
10. Click "Create Shows"
11. Click "Shows" in the sidebar to return to the show list.
Verification
12. Select a newly created show to see added shows and verify the imported details.
